Awning windows are hinged at the top and open outwards with a gentle push. Our uPVC windows have a special friction hinge to ensure that the window stays at the specific angle you want after opening. They are also able to stay completely open.
The awning windows from Eco Hamilton open to approximately 70 degrees, but are also able to lock at a 10mm gap (or 100mm with optional restrictor stays) to keep your home simply ventilated when you aren’t at home.
All our uPVC windows are eco-efficient due to a double rubber seal that keeps the structure completely airtight when closed. They come with a multi-point locking system that has at least two points of locking on each unit to keep your home safe and secure. The number of locking points depend on the size of the window.
